Madrid, 9 May 2024 - SIE, Spain Is Excellence, held "Crecer Parando", a day that explored the transformative power of breaks in the workplace. This unique event offered an in-depth look at how these breaks can revitalise energy, increase productivity and boost creativity at work.
With a main dialogue by Susana Gómez, Expert in Organizations, Culture and Talent, and Natalia Moreno, Doctor in Psychology and Head of the Psychological Care Unit of HM Hospitals, participants were guided through a fascinating talk about the current situation we live in terms of external impacts, own demands and management of, so that if not our thoughts; which leads us to the conclusion to recover through stops leaving our environment, in places where we are focused on enjoying your what surrounds us.
The event was attended by more than 100 people who then shared many conversations on how to lower the revolutions, while visiting an exhibition area where 7 SIE partners showed their virtues and their help to achieve that much-needed recovery. And all this in a very welcoming environment at the Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid hotel.
The Luxury Houses Wishome, Lago de Maito, Cataluña Premium, Castilla Termal Monasterio de Valbuena y Brihuega, Ayuntamiento de Cuenca, A Quinta de Auga and the Ritz Carlton Abama Tenerife, were in charge of showing alternatives for these personal or professional regenerative retreats.
