Just a few minutes from the sea, Finca Althaya covers more than 200,000 m² of organic land and represents the agricultural heart of ZEM’s philosophy. It is a place where nature, gastronomy and wellbeing come together to create an experience centred on a connection with the origins of our food.
The concept of KM0 Here, it takes on a real, everyday meaning. More than 60 varieties of fruit, pulses and vegetables are grown in tune with the rhythms of the seasons and using regenerative practices that respect the natural cycles of the Mediterranean, the soil and the balance of the ecosystem. The result is fresh, traceable produce that goes straight to the table and forms part of ZEM’s culinary and nutritional offering.
The name itself, Althaya, comes from the Greek and means ‘I heal’, an idea that captures the essence of this place: understanding food as part of self-care and longevity. As well as its agricultural role, the estate hosts workshops, outdoor activities, gatherings and carefully selected private events.
Visiting Althaya means getting closer to the origins of what we consume and understanding that wellbeing also begins with the land. It is an environment where cultivation, nutrition and nature are woven into a single cycle, making the connection with the land an essential part of the ZEM experience.
