From 10 to 15 November, SIE hosted a select group from the Arab Market on a FAM Trip that combined wellness, luxury and culture in Madrid, Altea and Brihuega, showcasing the excellence and authenticity of Spain in each experience.

Welcome to Madrid and on course for the Mediterranean

The day began in Madrid, with a breakfast at the hotel JW Marriott Madrida setting recognisable by its sophistication and comfort. From there, guests took the train to Alicante, enjoying a journey that offered unique views of the central and eastern Spanish landscape. After arrival, the group headed to the wellness retreat at ZEM Wellness RetreatThe hotel is located in the picturesque village of Altea, where the concepts of Mediterranean tranquillity and contemporary design merge to create an oasis of peace.

As an additional partner and DMC of the fam trip, Singular Trips supported the experience by organising a guided tour on the day of arrivalThe event culminated with tapas in a traditional bar, bringing participants closer to the most authentic flavours of the region.

The afternoon was dedicated to settling in and preparing a personalised wellness experience: nutritional consultation, facial and body scan and the design of a tailor-made programme. The inaugural dinner, with seasonal dishes designed to nourish body and soul, marked the beginning of a journey towards inner wellness.

Wellness, renovation and connection to Altea

Waking up with an energetic breakfast prepared the group for a day dedicated to wellness. During the day, the proposal included the best of ZEM's signature programme: a session with a personal trainer or yoga class, a welcome massage to release tension, "Metawell" treatments to revitalise body and mind. In addition, a visit to the natural surroundings of Finca Althaya, a tranquil estate with spectacular views, ideal for reconnecting with nature, was scheduled. The Mediterranean dinner, carefully prepared according to the nutritionist's recommendations, provided a moment of conscious nourishment and satisfaction.

Return to Madrid, art and good urban taste

Return to Madrid with gradual arrival during the day. Check-in again at the JW Marriott Madrid, located in the heart of the capital, ideal for a reunion with its urban energy. The afternoon was dedicated to an inspection of the hotel, followed by a welcome dinner to close the reunion among the guests, explore Madrid and prepare for the next stage of the tour.

Path to inner serenity

Early breakfast at ZEM to say goodbye to Altea in a calm atmosphere. Then, high speed train to Madrid and private transfer to Altea. Castilla Termal BrihuegaThe hotel is located in the charming town of Brihuega, a place steeped in history, lavender fields and a heritage that evokes times gone by. The accommodation in a former Royal Cloth Factory, converted into a 5-star thermal sanctuary, offered an atmosphere of serenity and luxury, ideal for reconnecting. In the evening, guests enjoyed the natural thermal pools, soaking in a relaxing environment before a gourmet dinner at the hotel's restaurant, where local flavours are reinterpreted in a contemporary key.

Square, gardens and rural charm

Breakfast at the hotel marked the start of a peaceful day, strolling through the gardens, breathing calm and discovering the heritage of Brihuega: its cobbled streets, historic corners and its essence of a village with soul. Lunch revolved around local and seasonal products, celebrating the authenticity of the land. In the afternoon, private transfer back to Madrid and arrival at the hotel. VP Plaza España Design. To close this unique experience, a farewell dinner was organised in a contemporary setting with panoramic views, evoking memories of a trip designed to reconnect, relax and rediscover Spain.

Farewell from wellbeing and elegance

A final breakfast at VP Plaza España Design capped off the experience. A carefully curated shopping session followed, allowing guests to take a piece of Madrid style with them before departing. With full hearts and renewed minds, participants bid farewell, taking with them the essence of a journey shaped by coastline, wellness, history and comfort.

Thus concludes this experience that connected luxury, wellness and culture, leaving each guest with indelible memories of Spain. A trip that invites you to rediscover the country from the serenity, authenticity and excellence that only SIE can offer.
