Marketing and Customer Experience Forum

On 24 June, Spain Is Excellence (SIE), in collaboration with ProBusiness Place, organised the Marketing and Customer Experience Forum. The event was held at the elegant Hotel Hesperia Puerta de Alcalá, a SIE partner, and brought together professionals and experts to explore the latest trends and innovations in the sector.

The leitmotiv of the day was "Marketing: Innovation, AI and Customer Experience".a topic of great relevance in today's world. The event was attended by prominent speakers who contributed their vision and experience in the field:

The round table was moderated by Cristina SaetaThe conversation was guided by the Director of Club Empresarial ProBusiness Place, who facilitated an enriching exchange of ideas between the speakers and the attendees.
