
Fashion and excellence: Pedro del Hierro at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid
On 18 March, SIE members enjoyed a unique experience at the Pedro del Hierro fashion show.
Between 26 and 28 November, SIE, Spain Is Excellence had the honour of conducting exclusive training at the Castilla Termal Monastery of Valbuenaan emblematic place in the Ribera del Duero that embodies excellence in tourism. This training cycle was designed to train professionals in the sector in several key areas, with the aim of raising the quality of service and offering exceptional experiences to guests.
During the training, renowned experts shared their knowledge and experience on key topics for tourism professionals. Sonal Uberoiin the area of wellbeing, addressed the creation of transformational experiences, while Leonardo Gómez focused on high-level gastronomic techniques. Óscar Valero provided strategies to optimise customer service at reception and space management, and Ana Alonso led commercial training, providing key tools to improve the overall customer experience.
This event is a reflection of the commitment of SIE, Spain Is Excellence through SIE Academyto train professionals of excellence in the tourism sector. Our aim is to support the growth and continuous improvement of all our members through training programmes that provide the necessary knowledge to adapt to the growing demands of high-level tourists.
