Our Sales Mission started in Santiago de Chile, where we organised an exclusive networking event to connect the uniqueness of Spanish tourism with the Chilean premium traveller. On Tuesday 11 November we held a event with the most relevant luxury agencies in the capital. In this action we were accompanied by Inspiring Soho, Technical Travel y VP Plaza Españaon behalf of Villa Tenor, Thermal Castilla y Four Seasons Hotel MadridThe new product line, reinforcing the presence of our partners in the high-end segment.
On Wednesday 12 November we travelled to Lima to continue with our agenda. On Thursday 13th we held a haute cuisine lunch together with Turespaña, attended by specialised media and the most influential agencies in the city. A meeting designed to showcase the quality, exclusivity and diversity of the Spanish tourism offer, as well as the differential value of the members accredited with the prestigious SIE Seal.
The direct air connectivity between both countries and Spain, added to the growing preference for European destinations, opens a scenario of great opportunities to consolidate Spain as a benchmark for luxury tourism in Latin America. This mission allowed us to generate visibility, promote strategic connections and lay the foundations for future collaborations between our partners and local markets.
With this Sales Mission, SIE reinforces its commitment to the international growth of the Spain brand, strengthening its presence in Chile and Peru and projecting the leadership of our partners in two high-potential emerging markets.
