ART & TEA: a sensory experience between art, wellbeing and contemplation

The proposal invited attendees to stop the rhythm and connect with the senses through an experience designed for calm, contemplation and wellbeing.

The day included a guided tour of the exhibition "The Water Roadfollowed by a tea tasting and a delicate hand washing and massage ritual inspired by the traditional tea ceremony, integrating art, sensitivity and sensory experience in a single journey.

The initiative highlighted new ways of understanding cultural and wellbeing experiences, where time, the environment and small details become an essential part of the experience.

Through an ASMR audiovisual piece, the meeting sought to capture the intimate and unhurried atmosphere of the experience, reinforcing the link between culture, wellbeing and emotional connection.
