Networking, driving and haute cuisine at the Alcuneza Mill

SIE took customer experience managers to Molino de Alcuneza to enjoy a day of gastronomy, landscape and networking in a historic and exclusive setting.

At SIE we continue to promote meetings that combine experience, territory and professional connection. On this occasion, we are organising a day together with the Circle CX and in collaboration with ProBusiness Placebringing together customer experience managers in a unique environment.

 The aim of the meeting was to enjoy a gastronomic experience in a privileged enclave and to get to know first-hand one of the most emblematic hotel and culinary projects in inland Spain.

The day began with a tour to Sigüenza on board vehicles Range Roverthanks to the collaboration of the dealer C. de Salamanca. The journey provided a relaxed space for conversation and networking before arriving at the destination.

The meeting took place at the Molino de Alcuneza Relais & Châteaux, an old flour mill with more than 500 years of history, now converted into a gastronomic boutique hotel. In this enclave, tradition, hospitality and haute cuisine come together to offer a proposal deeply linked to the territory.

During the day, attendees were able to taste some of the restaurant's most emblematic dishes and learn about the gastronomic and hotel project of Molino de Alcuneza, an example of how excellence in tourism is built on authenticity, the product and respect for the environment.
