SIE organises a MICE Fam Trip at Molino de Alcuneza with Michelin gastronomic experience

Located just a few minutes from the historic town of Sigüenza, the Alcuneza Mill is a charming boutique hotel housed in a former 15th-century flour mill, now a leading destination for hospitality, fine dining and wellness in the heart of the countryside. Surrounded by the Castilian countryside and renowned for its world-class cuisine, this retreat offers a unique experience where tradition, local character and excellence come together.

During the event, attendees were able to experience first-hand the essence of the destination and of the Molino de Alcuneza itself.

The experience began with a surprise: a first stop at the Félix de la Fuente viewpoint, one of the province’s most iconic viewpoints. There, the guests enjoyed a snack featuring local produce and artisan breads baked at the mill itself.

 This was followed by lunch at the hotel restaurant, run by Michelin-starred chef Samuel Moreno, where seasonal, ingredient-led cuisine took centre stage.
