To obtain the SIE Laurel Seal, you must first have obtained the SIE Seal.
The Laurel Seal is the highest recognition awarded within the SIE Club, reserved for those companies that meet and exceed the most demanding standards of tourism excellence.
This seal symbolises an unsurpassed commitment to quality and authenticity, projecting the Spain brand through unique and transformative experiences.
To bear the Laurel Seal is to belong to a select group that embodies the essence of exceptional tourism, inspiring confidence and admiration around the world.
STEPS TO OBTAIN THE CERTIFICATIONS
How to obtain the certifications?
Start the process by contacting SIE. After an initial assessment of your company, you can apply as a potential partner.
Once you apply, we will ask you for detailed documentation focusing on quality and sustainability. In addition, a mystery shopper process will be carried out to evaluate the experience of your services.
We conduct a comprehensive assessment using more than 100 parameters that measure commitment to SIE's values. The process is based on both the documentation provided and the mystery shopper results.
If you DO comply with the SIE valuesIn some exceptional cases, you will receive a detailed report that will grant you the SIE Seal, which will give you access to the SIE Club. In some exceptional cases, you will be able to obtain the SIE Laurel Seal.
If you do NOT comply with the established parametersYou will not be able to become a member of the SIE Club, but you will have the option to contract our consultancy services to improve your areas of opportunity.
IF IT DOES NOT MEET THE STANDARDS OF THE SIE
What happens if I do not achieve the SIE or SIE Laurel Seal?
To join the SIE Club, it is essential to have at least the SIE Seal. The evaluation process is the same for all applicants, and the result will depend on the excellence achieved: the SIE Seal or the SIE Laurel Seal.
In case of non-compliance with the established parameters, the Seal will not be awarded, but applicants will have the option to contract our consultancy services to improve and reach the required standards of excellence. In addition, they will be provided with an assessed report.
